​OneTribe Church exists to multiply gospel-centred, Spirit-empowered, missional churches in Nairobi and beyond. We are currently hiring for two strategic roles to help us deepen discipleship, expand justice initiatives, and improve communication across our church.

​1. Integration, Discipleship & Deaf Community Coordinator

Location: Nairobi, Kenya
Employment: Full-time (40 hours/week)

Summary:

​This role bridges OneTribe Church and the Deaf community, championing inclusion, discipleship, and justice. You'll oversee integration events, support Life Groups, disciple Deaf members, and coordinate justice initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

• Manage integration events and membership follow-ups
• Support Life Group leaders and track engagement
• Provide discipleship and care to Deaf members
• Coordinate outreach and justice programs
• Collaborate with the Haki Team on inclusion and equity

Requirements:

• Business administration knowledge
• Working knowledge in Kenyan Sign Language (KSL)
• Strong planning, communication, and pastoral skills
• Passion for justice and discipleship
• A committed Christian aligned with OneTribe values

2. ​Technical Lead

​Summary:

We’re looking for a tech-savvy and ministry-minded individual to lead our communications and audio-visual functions. From content planning to sermon uploads to volunteer development, you’ll help keep OneTribe’s message clear, consistent, and Spirit-led.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee digital communication (socials, email, web, Sunday slides, etc.)
• Lead AV teams and manage sound/media systems
• Coordinate video production and sermon uploads
• Mentor volunteers and manage equipment/software
• Keep the church calendar, comms, and membership data aligned

Requirements:

• Experience in church AV systems, content editing, or digital strategy
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Comfortable managing volunteers and tech tools
• A heart for creativity, clarity, and kingdom communication
