MEET THE ELDERS

MBONISI & TASHINGA MALABA 

The leadership team of OneTribe is composed of elders, with Mbonisi at the helm. Mbonisi is married to Tashinga and they are blessed with three children.

SEAN & TESNI ANDERSON

Sean is an elder and serves on the Worship Team at OneTribe.  He is also the Managing Director of ACTS Group. Tesni is a leader on the Worship Team and manages a baby home in Limuru.

SIMBA & MUTHEU MECHA

​Simba is an elder and serves on the Mercy Team and Welcome Team at OneTribe. He is also the Realty Services Country Head at Citibank. Mutheu serves on the Worship Team.

CEPHAS & MICHELLE TAPEDZISA

Cephas is an elder and serves in The Cave young adults ministry. He has also founded Great Lakes Global to provide remote working opportunities in various high-skilled fields. Michelle homeschools their two wonderful kids and also serves in the Worship team.

Worship
Daniel & Damaris Loewen Rudgers

Damaris and Daniel lead the worship ministry at OneTribe. Daniel is a pilot with Mission Aviation Fellowship and Damaris serves at home and leads the hospitality ministry in the MAF community.

Worship
David & Yvonne Muchiri

Yvonne works as a legal and regulatory affairs manager at Cellulant, an Africa-based financial technology company. Davy works as a manager at a fast food restaurant and volunteers weekly at OneTribe within the teens ministry. He also serves as a drummer in the music team. Together they have a passion for young people.

John & Jerusha

Jerusha serves as a Deacon in the kids ministry. She is a Business Banker. John serves in the sound team

OUTREACH
James and Paps Wanyugi

They are Evangelism Catalysts at OneTribe with a great passion for seeing many come to the knowledge of Jesus. They also journey with couples and parents towards authenticity through The Naked Couple platform.

LIFE GROUPS
Ryno & Gene Steyn

Ryno serves as Deacon of Life Groups. Ryno works as GM at Omnia Fertilizer and his wife Gene who is a Teacher, serves in communities around Tigoni and Limuru.

Tesni is a therapist working with vulnerable children in Limuru Children's Centre. She is passionate about equipping and mobilising OneTribers to fight for justice in their surrounding communities.
